Watermelon Juice Ice Cubes

Sparkling Water

Serve in a wine or collins glass with a garnish of fresh mint

Strawberry Lavender Kiss

Strawberry & Lavender Infused Purified Water

Basil Leaf Ice Cubes

2 Dashes of Fees Celery Bitters

Sparkling Water

Fill wine glass with regular ice cubes and basil ice cubes

Fill glass two thirds with infused water

Add bitters

Top with sparkling water

To infuse water, fill jar with purified water and add strawberries & lavender, cover and let sit overnight

To Make Basil Ice Cubes, place leaf bits in ice tray and fill with water and freeze

Tablespoon Rose Simple Syrup

2 Dashes Fees Cardamom Bitters

Sparkling Water

Rose Petal Garnish

In champagne glass, over ice, add simple syrup and bitters

Fill with sparkling water

Sprinkle a few rose petals for garnish

To make rose simple syrup:

Bring to a simmer 1 cup sugar, 1 cup water,half cup rose petals, and 1 tablespoon rose hips

Simmer until it thickens (about 20 minutes)

This is one of my all-time favorite ceremony sites. It is quite simply exquisite! To rent both the reception hall (which has a small kitchen and comes with tables and chairs) and the ceremony site cost $500/night! In addition, if you and your guests are truly on a budget, there are many gorgeous camp sites with all the amenities for $50/night plus a large group site which fits 40 people for $250/night.

The above ceremony site and venue are both located in the very heart of Mendocino and are an all time favorite for many visitors. The cost for the ceremony site runs $400 to $700 depending on how large your wedding is. The cost of the reception venue is around $1300 but you get it for three days which makes set up and clean up much less stressful.

Spending less on your venue and ceremony site leaves you some room in your budget for adding sweet, elegant, exquisite touches that elevate the overall feel and experience of your wedding day. In addition, it is highly recommended that you hire a local wedding coordinator, one who knows the ins and outs of the vendors and venues in their region. This is their area of expertise and the money that you spend to employ their services will be more than made up for in what you save and the stress you avoid in executing your dream day wedding.
