1. My Professional Services and/or Packages are officially booked when:

  • We (you, the client, and myself the service provider) complete an initial consultation wherein we agree upon the dates of service and the types of service to be rendered
  • You (the client) sign this Agreement Contract
  • You (the client) submit a deposit of one half the total payment for your selected Services/Package or make a payment in full, unless otherwise specified.
  • The remainder of payment is due two weeks prior to your service date.

This contract is an officially binding agreement between the clients listed at the bottom of this form and myself, Autumn Faber, AKA Mendocino Wedding Witch

 

2. The Proposal Package deposit is one half the total price of the package, and is a non-refundable retainer fee. The remainder of payment is due two weeks prior to your proposal date. Should you cancel at any time within the two weeks prior to your proposal date, exactly one half of the total package payment will be refunded to you.

 

3. Elopement Packages are secured with a deposit of one half the price of the agreed upon package. This amount is my non-refundable retainer fee. The remainder of payment is due two weeks prior to your elopement date. Should you cancel your elopement for any reason, your total payment, minus my retainer fee, will be refunded to you. All Elopement Packages are designed for parties of 10 people or less. If your party exceeds 10 people an additional fee of $50/person may apply.

 

4. Wedding Packages, including custom designed packages, are secured with a deposit of one half the price of the agreed upon package. This amount is my non-refundable retainer fee. The remainder of payment is due two weeks prior to your wedding date. Should you cancel your Wedding for any reason, your total payment, minus my retainer fee, will be refunded to you. The Intimate Wedding Package is designed for 50 people or less. If your party exceeds 50 people an additional fee of $50/person may apply.

 

5. Wedding Day Coordination is secured with a non-refundable payment for the total price of the Service. Wedding Day Coordination includes:

  • As many intake consults as necessary to determine your needs for a stress-free experience
  • Vendor and staffing suggestions to fit your budget
  • Vendor and staff follow-up calls one week prior to wedding day
  • Creation of a step-by-step schedule for your Big Day to be distributed to pertinent wedding party members and vendors
  • Supervision and management of ceremony and reception for up to 10 hours
  • Securing of gifts and valuable with designated party member or in a secure location

 

6. The Bar in a Box Package is designed for parties of 75 people or less. If your party exceeds 75 people an additional charge of $10/person may apply. Your Unique Libation Service is guaranteed with full payment at the time of booking. This payment is non-refundable.

 

8. Venue & Ceremony Site Tours are secured with a non-refundable payment for the total price of the service.

 

9. Vow Creation, Officiating, & Filing You License with the State Of California Service is secured with a non-refundable payment for the total price of the service.

 

10. Alternative Ceremony Service is secured with a non-refundable payment for the total price of the service.

 

11. Event prices for Exceptional Events will be determined on an individual basis and agreed upon by you (the client) and myself (the service provider).
